What's inside

  • Start Here: how to use the workbook.
  • Herd: tag, name, sex, breed, birth date, dam, sire, status and pasture, with dropdowns.
  • Breeding & Preg Check: estimates expected calving date from preg-check date and days bred, using an approximate 283-day gestation.
  • Calving: calf tag, dam, birth date, birth weight, calving ease and notes.
  • Treatments: product, dose, lot and withdrawal days, with an automatic "clears on" date. Always follow the product label and your veterinarian.
  • Weights: calculates days between weighings, gain and average daily gain (ADG).
  • Sales: head, weight, price and costs, with gross and net totals.
